Returns
Due to the custom and personal nature of many of our products, all custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We only accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

• Description of the issue

Custom Items
Custom items include but are not limited to:

• Custom shirts
• Custom tumblers
• Custom frames
• Custom yard signs
• Custom fans
• Personalized items

These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be given unless the mistake was made by our company.

Natural Products (Sea Moss, Elderberry, Ginger Shots, etc.)
Due to the nature of consumable products, all natural products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
