Personal Training Policy

1. Booking and Scheduling

   • All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the provided booking platform.
   • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to maximize their session.

2. Payment Policy

   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
   • Package deals must be paid in full before the first session.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   • Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.

4. Refund Policy

   • No refunds are provided for missed sessions or cancellations without sufficient notice.
   • Refunds for package deals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will deduct the full price of used sessions.

5. Health and Safety

   • Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire prior to their first session.
   • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or injuries.

6. Liability Waiver

   • By booking a session, clients acknowledge they are participating voluntarily and at their own risk.
   • Fit for the Purpose and More, LLC, and its trainers are not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions.

7. Code of Conduct

   • Mutual respect is expected during all interactions.
   • Clients who violate this policy may have their sessions terminated without a refund.

8. Expiration of Packages

   • All packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
